vietnam travel bring monopod instead of tripod?
we're going to vietnam the next month. im planning to bring my light tripod. the cheap one. but then i've read some forums and said "its a group tour so you'll never have enough time to pull out your tripod." but my main reason is to photo a city with car lights. what do you suggest? bring? or tripod or a mono?
i have [ but rarely use] i tinny tri pod that i can carry in my pocket ,it came wit my small camera and is very flexible and can wrapped around a branch or pole or set up like a tri pod.. you can buy one in viet name most camera shops have them.. very cheap..unless its for professional work viet nam is too busy to be carrying big bulky equipment around..your idea is great though and wait till it rains at night to see all the colors the moto bikes lights will give you..
