Anyone in Malaysia has been to Hokkaido with the following? Give your ratings in terms of service, itinerary, hotels, tour guides, food etc.
1. Apple Vacation
2. Smart Holidays (Hong Thai/Roystar)
3. Sunway Travel
4. MalCentral
5. Pearl Holiday
6. Summit
7. GTT

I've never had trouble with Apple Vacation, MalCentral, Pearl Holiday, and Summit. But I don't know about the others. I like AV the best.
