Recommended hotels in Hue / Vietnam?

Hello, everybody

I have a plan to visit Hue / Vietnam next week. It will be first time to visit Vietnam for me.
(However I have ever been to many of another countries in South-East Asia.)

Could you please recommend a good and reasonable hotel in Hue city.?

I would like to stay at a hotel that

1) The room rate is not higher than $30 a night.
2) Its location is not far from the downtown.

Your answer will be highly appreciated. Thank you. Any kind of information will help me much.
