Can you teach me English?

I wish my question is not a joke in your mind.
I'm 23/m and i come from Viet Nam. Now i'm working for a technology company. This is a job that usually use English but my English is so bad.
Today, i have joined many Chat rooms to find any friend who can teach me English (by chatting, email, voice, ... etc) but they just need sex.
I really to make friend and learn English. All of you, can you teach me English?
