for example to pay hotel bill to go out to bars and to eat food in the streets and in the restaurants do they accept us dollars?or only dong?
everybody will accept us dollars in viet nam..everybody... but you are better off using vn dong in the streets , you will get more for your money.. in the hotels they "get you comming and going".. it doesnt matter what you pay them with they'll manipulate the exchange rate in their favor always!
