Dorms or rooms for rent in Sai Gon?
I am currently staying at a pretty nice hotel in district one (Q1) for ~$900 USD/ month which includes breakfast. I went to go see some furnished apartments and they want $600-$1000 USD/ month but then they also want a 3 year contract and I am going to be here for another 7 months top. Anyways, I know of a couple universities around Q5, would they have dorms that I could rent? What about families renting out rooms to foreigners?I don’t really need to save money per se but since I am going to be traveling around (Hue, Da Lat, etc) it is really pointless paying a monthly rate for a hotel room that I am not going to be using. Plus, with my savings I’d probably be able to stay a week in Nha Trang at one of those worls-class resorts I’ve been hearing so much about. Any suggestions?
You can save a lot of money if you rent a house in Go Vap ,Binh Thanh ... just 100-300 usd/month ( wide, clean...) and 100 usd extra/month for a maid ( who cooks,cleans up your house....) . Perhap i can help you to find one "if you trust me"
