Vietnam - honeymoon destination. Flight times, general info please?
Early stages of thinking about Vietnam for a honeymoon destination in Aug 2010. Some questions though, I would be grateful if anybody could shed any light?
August temperatures - Would it be unbearable?
What are the flight times from the UK? Price of flight.
Best locations to visit?
I have done a quick search on google but surprisingly I struggled to come up with good info on Vietnam.
Air-ticket price from UK to Vietnam is about $2000(USD)/return ticket (I'm not quite sure because it also depends on what airline you buy the ticket from and I did buy a return ticket to UK about 2 years ago already).
Vietnam is a good place for honeymoon perhaps ^_^ because it's very safe to stay here. For honeymoon, perhaps you can look for going to Nha Trang (the best beach in Vietnam), Hoi An (the ancient town), Ha Long Bay ... Actually, there are many places to visit but it depends on how long you are going to stay here also, because travel around too much may make you a little bit tired for a honeymoon vacation ^_^ For example, Saigon is a good place for shopping, Hanoi is also worth to visit ... Well, maybe just pick one place to have honeymoon first then later if you like to travel here again, you can plan for another vacation. Also, you can consider to visit more than 1 city (which are close to each other, i.e: From Saigon you can go to Nha Trang like someone said above).
