Cambodia and Vietnam travel?
My friends and i would like to travel in Cambodia and Vietnam this December.
We may fly to Cambodia and return from Vietnam. Phnom Phen in Cambodia is a compulsary stop-over as we are visiting friends.
What is the best way to make the most out of the 5 days trip?
Should we go to Ho Chi Minh City which is near to Cambodia or Hanoi?
Should we go to Vietnam or Cambodia first?
Honestly, five days is rushing it.
If both Phnom Penh and Vietnam are "must sees" then you hardly have time for anything else. I would skip HCMC and spend all five days in Cambodia. Get your friend's help to work out a schedule ... do you want to join the crowds at Angkor or to chill on beaches north of Sihanoukville?
