What would you get from Vietnam, Thailand, or Cambodia?
My Grandma is going to Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia for vacation, I have no idea why, I thought it was weird too. She told me if I wanted anything she'd bring it back for me, but I have no idea what there is in either or those countries. Any ideas as to what I should get, or does anybody know what cool things they have there?
Vietnam, the most unique thing is: Vietnamese soak dead animal in to their wine. They drink it for health.
A glass bottle of wine would contain cobra, armadillo, scorpion etc.
It would cost US$ 25-50 a bottle.
Another thing that is good & cheap is traditional boat miniature.
Their were very real. Sails and the ropes. Cost US$ 40-100 (different size).
Cambodia, their silver craft was unique. Temple ornament usually.
Thailand, their gems & stone was famous. They famous for their elephants craft from wood or silver also.
Also traditional clothes & fabric. Expensive though, but worth.
