What is the capital of Nha Trang and what are good places to visit in Vietnam.?

I was wondering if phan rang was the capital of nha trang? And I'm thinking of visiting Vietnam and i was wondering what are some good places to visit.

Nha Trang is a city 100ks north of the twin cities of Phan Rang/Thap Cham. Buy yourself a copy of The Lonely Planet/Vietnam edition. I've seen very few foriegners in Phan Rang but Nha Trang is a popular tourist spot.
