Has anyone heard of or used "Focus Travel" touring company from Vietnam?
We are looking for a family holiday and these guys have the right everything for us. they have nearly finalized everything but my family and I aren't sure is this is a good idea to book yet as we have never heard of them. should we take the risk?
I'm Vietnamese so I've almost never contacted touring companies in VN. But from the website, I can see it's Hanoi office is near my house:

But from the address, it says that this is a small company (sorry I may be wrong). If you don't want to take risk, you may choose another bigger company, for example: Hanoi Tourist.
