What hotel booking site gets the best deals?

I want to do a three night stay in St Louis here in a month or so but I don't have a ton of money to spend on the hotel. I don't want a package deal or anything just cheap hotel stay. Should I go with Expedia, HotWire, Orbitz, Priceline, or Travelocity? Or is there one I don't know about that's better?
