Taxi from Hanoi airport to hotel?
Hi,
I am traveling to Hanoi and was wondering what is the best transportation option from the Hanoi airport to our hotel, the Hanoi Star 2? I've never been to Vietnam or Hanoi and don't know the average rate for taxis and such.

We paid $12 from AirPort to Van Mieu Hotel last month. You could take the bus; but if you have luggage and don't speak the language you could have a big hassle.
We use the bus when we go around HaNoi or a motor bike. A motor bike is only $6.00 US. Hanoi Bus has a good webpage you can look at. Just Search Yahoo. Cheers C
