Are there Columbia surplus shops or over-run stores in HCMC?
I am going to Ho Chi Minh city next month and I would like to buy some ski stuff like a jacket,hiking shoes and pants. The authentic ones that's out in the department stores are costly and I read the label "made in Vietnam" so probably I could find some in HCMC :)
you can't find it in HCMC. You have to go to Hanoi
