any suggest me the way to vietnam by land?
I start my travel in chiang mai and I wish to cross Laos to Vietnam,can I do visa on the border Thailand-Laos and Laos-Vietnam,where are the border and is it possible use bus?
You will nead a visa for Laos ( available on arrival ) $30.00 and one for Vietnam but I dont know the fee.
I would make my way to Nong Kai from Chiang mai then cross the border to Vientienne.. Travel down to Savanaket, Where the road turns East to Vietnam,
You can go by bus all the way.
