There is no official tourism in Saudi Arabia.
Travel methods to Saudi Arabia - Plane, boat/ferry (I think only from Egypt), and by car.
Travel methods within the country - Plane, car, train
Hotel accomodations and cost - 100 riyals ($27) up to thousands of Riyals for 5 star hotels. We have many 4 and 5 star hotels, and the cost is generally about the same as what you pay in other countries. You can look up all the major hotel chains and see what the costs are online.
Communication - Landline phone, Mobile Phone, Internet (dial-up, DSL, Satellite, Mobile/3G)
