Website or agency that deals with solo travellers?
I am a 25 year old female from the UK , im really interested in going somewhere like thailand or vietnam but i want to go alone, i have never travelled alone before and i cant seem to find a decent looking website or agency that i could trust to book with. im looking to maybe meet other solo travellers and go on an adventure/excursion break but im a little apprehensive, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great

travel to your destination and stay in Hostels, its a great way to meet people; I've ended up travelling with lots of people through hostels. I've not been to Thailand or Vietnam, so I can't comment on the quality of hostels there but your guidebook and Hostel Booking site reviews should identify decent hostels. - links to Hostel booking sites can be found in source below.
you mentioned tours, and those to "exotic" locations can often have a reasonable proportion of singles. During "booking" it may be possible to see how many single rooms are on offer. I now tend to hostel so I am out of date on which are good tour companies. If your local travel agent has brochures, then I would guess the tour company is okay, but check prices online as well. You can also do a google search for reviews on companies your interested in.
As a single person, I did try looking for companies "specialising" in singles holidays and found a lot of them were a con. Their prices were often the same (or more) than the holiday + single person supplement offered by other companies. However, some may offer holidays that ensure there are lots of single people on them - check travellers experiences of them through google/yahoo.
