Which is a cheaper holiday Vietnam or South Africa?
Chosing a holiday for this summer, I guess in terms of currency conversion and cost of living Vietnam would work out cheaper?
Vietnam. Its cheap enough and theres alot to see and do for example northern Vietnam with Halong Bay and the Sapa hill tribes to visit. Down south is Phu Quoc Island and you can get there by boat via Rach Gia, the island is like some of the islands in thailand but barely touched by tourism. All these are fairly cheap to do inc the overnight trains throughout Vietnam which are safe. The country is safe, most people understand english but common sense is advised like any other place really. Good luck.
