Help me out here please.?
Hoi, I'm almost 16 now, I'm about 80 KGs ( I think I'm not sure but its around that number :D ) and my height is a round 185 CM.
I've been working out for like 6 months now and I managed to build up a a fine muscle mass, my brother is telling me to stop working out on the bases of building up a mass and I should just use light weights to keep the muscle mass i developed for at least another year or a year and a half to keep my body growing and to not damage my body... Do you agree with him ? Although I don't think it does effect it, maybe a little when i had a bad lifestyle, but I kinda straighten things out in this summer and managed to get a good night sleep and a plenty of healthy food and maintained my workout routines. :D
