I live in a town with not a whole lot of Vietnamese people so I would have to travel to vietnam, Do you think I am picky ???
You're not picky, you're racist.
(it's racist because his preference indicates his belief (consciously acknowledged or not) that Vietnamese women are superior to others. THAT is the definition of racism.)
