What kind of clothes should I take to Hanoi, Vietnam for the first 2 weeks of February.?
Should I take shirts,short sleeved, long-sleeved, light skirts, (I'm female sweaters, middle-weight jeans, open-toed shoes, closed toed shoes, sneakers, light jacket, middle-weight jacket, sweater? I think you can get the idea. I've read that Hanoi, unlike Thailand, is cool in February. Does that mean that we won't get to use our bathing suits, (comfortably) unless we go as far south as Danang?
The weather in Hanoi in February is cool, the weather in Feb. averages about 19C (76F) and lows about 15C (60C). The weather in the south is much warmer, similar to Thailand with highs around 30-32C (88-90F) during the day. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable in these type of temperatures.
