Vietnam Hanoi Travel Advice for May?
I am considering going to hanoi and around for 1 week end of May. Would love some advice on:
1. Weather - Given the rains and heat would you still recommend a visit this time of the year or defer to post monsoons. What's suitable apparel for traveling around.
2. Places to see - What are some good places to visit in Hanoi, and any day or overnight tours you'd recommend. We'd like good scenery and if possible cooler weather, but most importantly be able to recognize we're in Vietnam and experience its culture.

Weather, i can't tell much. during night, its always cool i think.
I recommend, Hanlong bay visit, and red river cycling, the Temple of Literature.
a normal walk in the old quarters is cool as well.
