About transit visa for bangkok?

My name is Praveen kumar verma and I am from India. I am holding a valid passport with Indian citizenship. But right now I am working in Hanoi, Vietnam. I am holding a valid work permit here.
In 30 january ,2011 I am going to India for my three weeks holidays. or I will back in Hanoi on 22 feb, 2011. I will be fly via bangkok. so I have some question about that.
at first my flight details are
30 jan,2011 Hanoi to bangkok, via vietnam airline and from Bangkok to New Delhi via Air Asia,
22 feb, 2011, New Delhi to Bangkok via Air Asia and on 23 feb, 2011 Bangkok to Hanoi via vietnam airline.
so its my question that I need any visa if i have coneecting flight from Bangkok with different flights. Because I booked this two flight ticket seprately.
if yes than which visa i need, or from where i can get this visa?
or what about the visa fees.
can i get this visa on bangkok airport.
please make me clear

As long as you are in transit and stay in the Airport then you dont need a visa as you are not technically staying in the country
Even if you needed a visa you get a visa on arrival and the question was asked before in here if you search for that The answer to that was as an indian you would get a 15 day visa on arrival so dont worry about it and that is free
As long as you have the connecting flight ticket and a valid passport that is all that you need
