Which hotel has excellent food and entertainment, such as a band?
I recently cam back from Saigon, I would wing it if I were you! There are tons of cheap accommodation for you and the best deal is the walk in deal. For a nice room I paid about 15$ USD for a room downtown in a well traveled area, with queen size bed private shower, sit down toilet tv and AC, very nice and clean too.
