How much money to bring for Ho Chi Minh visit?
I will be heading over to Ho Chi Minh / Saigon, Vietnam for 4 days and 3 nights. How much should I bring in Vietnamese Dong to cover everything else except for hotel? e.g. transportation, food, souvenirs
I have 5 million Dong in hand. This is for 4 adults. Thank you!
5 million dong is alright if all of you are not big spender. But I would suggest to bring more just in case you run out of fund. I don't know if you have been to Vietnam before, generally the goods there are cheap. But who knows you may over spend because things are cheap there. Depending what kind of hotel you are planning to stay, there are luxury and regular hotel. For sure, food, transportation and souvenirs are cheap.
