is vietnam hotel fee charge foreign guest with US$? I'm not from US so it's expensive for me. How about taxi in vietnam, are there all taxi use meter? Anyone know one day city tour in vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) daily departure ? please let me know the website. Also, please recommend me the hotel for stay, i near the hotel near shopping mall... the rate for hotel is 3-4 star and budget is medium price.. thanks
