Travel - Holiday Inn - Has all center been outsourced to India ?
I called Hol Inn re a reservation today and the agents seem to have been outsourced ? They are very polite , but no one has any idea of geography / how to pronounce american cities.
They will not transfer you to a supervisor / because the supervisor is going to give you the same information they are giving you . LOL .

Bet you and this is more and more common.
But last week in the Las Vegas REview Journal they did a stroy on the resurgence of American call centers. They are returning to Las Vegas and paying higher rates. There has been a failure on the outsourcing
In addition. Las Vegas has superios telecommunication infrastructure and its customer service focus and 24 hour town is the reason for this resurgance in American customer service.
That is a good thing.
