Holiday in memory of soldiers?
I'm curious - here in Australia on April 25, we have a national public holiday called ANZAC Day - to remember the soldiers of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought in the First & Second World Wars (in particular) and Vietnam and Korea. Dawn services around the country and memorial parades - it's important here and a big part of national pride. Where are you from - and does your country have any similar tradition to honour fallen soldiers?
