How is the weather of Vietnam in Oct? Is it cheaper to book the tour in vietnam or singapore?
I like to go to vietnam is early Oct this year but i am not sure to book the tour package in Singapore or in vietnam since there is many small local tour firms in vietnam around most hotels?
Which is cheaper? Any recommendation of which tour firm is better & cheaper?

The average temp in HCMC 28*C or 82*F in Oct. Bit cooler as you go north or to higher elevation. Rain is likely.
Wait until you get to Vietnam and shop your tour(s). Ask for referrals for tours here or other travel sites - thorn tree of lonely planet is a good one.
