Would this work?...(tights stretched over sequins)?
I have look everywhere for a green sequin boobtube dress but havn't been able to find one.
I have come up with a plan of buying a silver boobtube dress and cutting up a pair of opaque green tights and stretching a leg over the top of the dress to give it a greeny hue.
Anyone have any idea whether this would work?
..and bonus points if you can suggest where I can buy cheap lime green tights from (UK).

Hiya, I customise a lot of clothing in my spare time and have attempted this before, unfortunately have to say that will definitely not work : ( sorry, for the following reasons:
You will not be able to see the sequins under opaque tights, it will just look lumpy and the sequins would get bent underneath.
It would be very hard to fit a tights leg over you're entire body unless you are extremely tiny, it would get stuck on your shoulders and you wouldnt be able to pull it on feet first over a dress
It won't stay over a boob tube dress, it would wriggle down and bunch up, you would have to sew it on.

If you go onto mytights.com then you can get green opaque tights in florescent gren, forest green, grass green, you name it really just search by colour
