Help with money transfer...?
Hoi, I'm 16 years old and im from UAE, my friend in bahrain is going to send me some money via western union, and he told me to visit the closest ATM to draw the money , but i dont know how, what to do or what it takes to draw the money , i searched online and some people said that i need an ID or even a passport :S and some said i need a credit card to draw money from an ATM,but im 16 i dont have a credit card or even an ID yet , i asked my brother he said u can draw it from a bank and but again you'll need an ID ( maybe ) and u need to know some information about the sender .... help me out here please

You may want to check the majority age in UAE first. Here in Canada, you should be at least 18 years old to receive funds through Western Union. You might end up needing to bring in a parent or guardian once the money is available. It only takes few minutes for the money to be available but you definitely need a valid, government issued photo such as driver's license, passport, etc. There's also a set of numbers (MTCN) that you need for the Western Agent to search up the money sent to you and make sure that you know the full name of the sender, how much money was sent and where was the money sent from.
