I am stuck writing a book, what should I do?
I worked as a chef of a restaurant called Hoi Polloi, where I used offals to create distinguished and tasty dishes. Then I got my own TV show, "Offaly good". Afterwards a publisher approached me, Arthur Stoat, editor and managing director of Stoat Books Ltd, and asked me to write a cookery book called "Offaly good! - The Book!" I agreed. The problem is, I got stuck! I simply can't get the pig's trotters recipe to sound exiting! Surprisingly, my fiction ms "Birdwatching" and radio soap opera script "The Archers" are progressing really good, but no one is interested. I already extended the deadline several times, and tried to do it once more, but my agent told me that it was not possible: the book had been sold already! W. H. Smith made it their "Book of the Week", the cover has been sent to the "Bookseller" and Stoat had had advance orders for 25 000 copies in hardback. He said that this book was a f... bestseller and had to be written! What should I do?
You might want to consider hiring a ghost writer. A good ghost writer will probably cost you about $20,000, but with that many advanced sales it's probably worth it. With a ghost writer, you just give them all the details and they do all the hard work.
