I'm under 18. If I travel to Vietnam with my friend and her family, do I need a notary letter from my parents?
Or is a letter of permission/ consent, fine?
I went to Vietnam with my aunt before, but I forgot if we got it notarized or not. Thanks in advanced.
Talk to the Vietnamese consulate because laws do change and requirements also change. Some countries require a whole lot of extra stuff for minors--not sure why (my niece recently went to China with her mom but needed to get all sorts of letters from the people they were staying with, from her US school, proof of tickets, etc.--it was China though, not Vietnam).
