Halong Bay Vietnam Cruise Tours

PHOENIX CRUISE 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT OVERNIGHT ON JUNK

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong (L/ D)

8h00 AM : Our bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi, leaving for Halong city. Stopover on the way for 15 minutes. 

12h00:  Board Halong Phoenix Cruiser. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape.

You will see Dog Rock, Incense Burner Rock, as well as Fighting Cock Rock before heading to Sung Sot Cave (Cave of Surprises ).

Then, we stopover at a floating house owned by fishermen before kayaking to Luon Cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay.

After returning to the boat a fresh fruit platter will be served, and we will anchor in a safe and scenic location for swimming and our overnight stay.

Dinner is served on board and then you have free time to listen to music or relax. Overnight in comfortable cabin.

Day 2: Halong - Hanoi (B/ L)

7h30: Breakfast will be served on the boat, before cruising to another part of Halong Bay where you will view more of the bays spectacular limestone scenery, such as Drum Cave , Man''s Head Islet, Turtle Islet and Fairman''s Cave.

The junk then heads to Van Gia fishing village- one of the oldest and largest floating villages in Halong Bay .

You will have the opportunity to learn more about the fishermen daily life, before cruising to a beautiful, secluded spot to swim.

11h30: The boat returns to the dock for lunch before returning to Hanoi .
16h00: Trip ends in Hanoi.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong

8.15 AM: Our bus pick you up  at your hotel for the 3.5 hr drive (165km) to Halong City . Stopover on the way.

12.00: Board Halong Phoenix Cruiser. Lunch and a welcome drink are served while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape.

You will see Dog Rock and Incense Burner Rocks, as well as Fighting Cock Rock before heading to Sung Sot Cave ( Cave of Surprises ).

Then, we stop at a floating house owned by fishermen before kayaking to Luon Cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay.

After returning to the boat, we will anchor in a safe and scenic location for swimming and seasonal fruit in the " Floating Garden ".

Dinner is served onboard and then you will have free time to listen to music or relax. Overnight in comfortable cabin.

Day 2: Halong - Cat Ba

Option1 (Kayaking ): one more night on boat

Full day sea kayaking to discover the hidden beauty of Halong Bay .

After breakfast, served at around 7.30, kayaking begins.
The guide will show you the most beautiful parts of the bay, such as Drum Cave , Man''s Head Islet, Turtle Islet and Fairman''s Cave before heading to Van Gia fishing village for BBQ lunch and relaxation.
You will have an opportunity to understand more about fishermen''s daily life in the bay. Afterwards we continue kayaking to the other side of the bay to visit a pearl farm.
We return to the mother junk at around 16.00 for the second night.

Option 2 (Cat Ba island Discovery)

7.30: Breakfast is served onboard. Afterwards, as the boat heads for the other side of the bay, you will have the opportunity of visiting Van Gia- Halong''s largest floating village.
We will also visit Monkey Island before arriving at Cat Ba Island for lunch. In the afternoon, you may spend your time relaxing, swimming or sight seeing.

Day 3: Cat Ba - Ha Long – Hanoi
After breakfast, we take a local wooden boat back to the mother junk for our return to Halong City. Enroute there will be time for swimming and ‘arm-chair'' exploration of more beautiful limestone islands- have your camera ready for some beautiful shots!

11.30: Halong Phoenix Cruiser arrives at the dock for lunch in an A/C restaurant before returning to Hanoi .
Trip ends around 16.00
