i need help fast.. my bro is in vietnam with his 14mth old with all vaccines has weird boils on his nose and legs.. says they are large (big as 20 cent coins) and blood filled.. i dont know what they are.. kid is breathing and heart rate ok at the moment.... cant get hold of consulate.. having difficulty getting hold of 24 hr foreign hospital, travel insurance place is shut in australia.. what can i do for him? im in australia.. im waiting for a call from him soon.. kid has been to local hospital, and is getting blood test tommorrow but have sent him home because he doesn't have a temperature.. hes freakin out.. where could they go for assistance? needs to see a foreign insured hospital?!!!
Sounds like to me that right now you are doing the very best that can be done until someone from the foreign consulate is able to be contacted.
It could be some sort of disease but also it kinda sounds like a form of staph. Getting them the help is something that defintely needs to be done.
