What are your experiences with AirAsiaX? ?
Using them in Dec, kinda worry about my travel. I'm also using them as a transit stop over. Does this mean that after i arrive in lcct, i have to take go to another airport to catch my connecting flight(to Vietnam)?
So far, their customer service is crap and not very helpful
If they're anything like AirAsia their parent airline, they are the worst airline I've ever flown on, by far. No frills is an understatement, they nickel and dime you every step of the way with having to pay for priority boarding, low baggage allowances and high overweight charges, baggage handling fees, no boarding passes and the worst customer service or should I say no customer service I've ever seen. They do have good fares and will get you where you want to go, but I'd rather pay more, even much more than ever fly Air Asia again. If you're flying Air Asia to Vietnam, you will be flying out of the LCCT in KL. Good luck.
