Ong Jon. I tried to translate this a few times, but had to delete them because it didn't come out right. It is hard to translate the full context of the poem. I removed one line, Hứng cho tròn An Khang, it seems repeated, to me :). I don't know if it makes sense or not, but it should give you some understanding.
Fill up with happiness
Pack fully with blesses
Keep always good health
Hold tight on prosperity
Together exchange wishes
Wish New Year with peace
