Traveling To Vietnam Vaccinations

Vaccinations for Asia?

Me and a friend are planning to go to asia and visit:

India, Nepal, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Mongolia and Russia.

Could anyone shed some light on the types of vaccinations I might require? We plan to leave mid march and I'm worrying that I won't have time to start the vaccination processes. The dude I am traveling with is investing in homeopathic medicine, as he has done many times before when visiting this region but I am less optimistic about the state of my immune system.

Thanks

God you are not very well informed! Have you thought seriously about what you are about to undertake?

The Department of State has advisories but you should go see your usual doctor well before (10 weeks) you travel to get all the shots and prophylactics you need. Not to do so may result in premature death.

Polio, typhoid, tetanus, tuberculosis, Cholera, hepatitis, yellow fever, malaria.
It only takes one to kill you.

Tropical diseases have no respect for homoeopathy any more than cures by local witch doctors.
Your friend runs the risk that they will probably die young. There is no scientific evidence that homoeopathy works.

You will need vaccination certificates to enter some countries.
