Where is the best beach/tropical area to hang out in, in Southeast Asia?

I was wondering what people's thoughts were, on the best beach/tropical area to hang out in, in Southeast Asia. I will be in Asia this spring/summer and will probably venture down to SE Asia for about a week. I've already been to Boracay and Phuket, and both places were great! I wondered what people, who have seen a lot of SE Asia, have to say about what are some of the best areas. Bali? Koh Samui? Somewhere in Vietnam?

I guess some of the most important characteristics I am looking for, is a place with nice beaches, a fun nightlife, while has a lot of people there, isn't overly touristy/cheesy, perhaps has some other cool outdoorsy things to do nearby (ie - hiking, rainforests, ATVs, biking, etc), isn't too expensive, good food, etc. Thanks!

You are not asking much are you? fun night life with a lot of people but not touristy and still have hiking rainforest biking and YET NOT expensive, good food.

Well... Phuket is still your best bet but most other islands and places around Thailand will be your best bet.

You might consider venture a little further and try Bali. And may be west coast of India (I have not been there myself but I heard it is quite good.)

Try the Lonely Planet Guide. They are very good for what info you need.
